Lucca Music Shoppe Piano Restoration
Welcome to our instrument restoration department.
In 1992 we opened our doors in Chadds Ford PA as a piano restoration shoppe; hence
the spelling of shoppe. In our first year we expanded to a Harp and music box shoppe
selling Lyon and Healy harps and San Francisco Music Box Company Music Boxes.
Below is a recently refinish 1928 Steinway M Model Bay Grand that was riddled with
sun damage. It was completely stripped to bare wood and refinished with hand applied
lacquar. The piano was in the care of Lucca Music Shoppe for five months and
delivered professionally on March 12, 2009.
