Lucca Custom Cabinetry
This Chester County, PA basement was remodeled completely from rough
framing to paint and cabinets by Ron Lucca. (see descriptions below)

The following work viewed in the pictures above was completed by Ron Lucca.

New Construction Basement photos:

Design of the basement layout; Rough framing of ceiling lowered 4" to accommodate the HVAC;  Drywall to painting;  Door installations;

Light fixtures in ceiling; HVAC outlet duct installation; electrical outlet wiring and outlet installations; ( the service was subcontracted)

Leveling of the concrete floor; Window sills and casing fabrications; Staircase design and fabrication of the treads, newels and ballisters;

All cabinetry.


Handmade Solid Cherry Cabinets with finish oak plywood with birch hardwood support carcasses: built on site.

The design of the cabinets was a collaboration between owner and Lucca Carpentry.

All woods were milled, measured, cut and glued on site; Side panels were hand scraped; Crown molding hand drawn; All face frames, stiles and
rails designed and fabricated on site;  (Photos of glass front cabinets doors top &  solid cherry doors and drawers bottom were lost and will be
retaken.

Solid oak cabinet under the stairs: Designed and fabricated by Ron Lucca on site.

A gas fireplace was installed by Lucca Carpentry on a wall not shown.

The original floor of the basement was graded 2" higher on one side. The concrete floor was ground to a level surface by Lucca Carpentry.
